Joe Henican, VP Commercial Relationship Manager Joe joins the Fidelity team as a VP, Commercial Relationship Manager with over 15 years of experience in banking. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University in New Orleans. Joe enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with various community organizations. |

Kent Landacre, AVP Commercial Relationship Manager Kent joins the Fidelity Commercial Lending team as an AVP, Commercial Relationship Manager serving the Baton Rouge market. He has more than eight years of experience in banking, including four years of experience in commercial lending. Kent earned his B.A. in Marketing and his Masters of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. He served on Southeastern Louisiana University’s GOLD Council from 2019-2021. A 2020 graduate of Leadership Ascension, Kent also served as an Ambassador for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Kent has volunteered with Pat’s Coats for Kids, The Baton Rouge Children’s Advocacy Center, and The Baton Rouge Arthritis Foundation. |

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, kayaking, and cooking. |

Shane Purvis, VP SBA Lending Program Lead Shane has been promoted to SBA Lending Program Lead at Fidelity Bank. A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, Shane spent the past four years as a Small Business Relationship Manager for Fidelity and has a total of 13 years of experience in the banking industry. He was a 2019 graduate of Leadership St. Tammany and is active in many various local community organizations including the Southeastern Louisiana University Alumni Board and the St. Tammany Chamber. Shane resides in Mandeville with his family. |
