The following payment options are available:
Mortgage Loan Clients Who Escrow For Property Taxes and Insurance
Fidelity will issue you an Annual Escrow Account Disclosure Statement which is typically completed the month following the expiration date of your hazard insurance policy. Changes in any one of the annual amounts for taxes or insurance will impact your total monthly payment. Payment changes take effect at least 45 days from the date the escrow analysis is completed. The Annual Escrow Account Disclosure Statement you receive will detail the upcoming changes in your total payment. It is very important to watch for your Annual Escrow Account Disclosure Statement and review it for changes in your payment to ensure the correct monthly payment is submitted. This will help you avoid potential late charge assessments and derogatory credit reporting. The monthly Mortgage Loan Statement you receive prior to the due date of the effective change will also reflect the new total monthly payment due.

Pay your loan online from a Fidelity Bank account using online banking at bankwithfidelity.com or our mobile app.1
- To pay your loan from your desktop browser at bankwithfidelity.com, log into online banking and access the Move Money/Make a Transfer section.
- To pay your loan from our mobile app, log in and navigate to the Transfer section.
We offer the added benefit of paying your Fidelity loan from an account at another financial institution. All you need is your routing number and account number from your account at the other bank. You may choose to make your payment from any domestic bank or credit union account.
- To pay your loan from an external (non-Fidelity Bank account) from your desktop browser at bankwithfidelity.com, log into Online Banking and access the Move Money/Make a Transfer section.
- To pay your loan from an external (non-Fidelity Bank account) from our mobile app, log in and navigate to the Move Money/Loan Payment/Make Payment section.

Payment at a Fidelity Branch
Mortgage loan payments can be made at any of Fidelity’s convenient branch locations. To ensure prompt credit of your payment please provide the teller with your mortgage loan statement or account number.
