Bemana, a recruiting agency specializing in equipment, industrial, and executive placements, has experienced revenue growth of over 160% over the past three years, thanks to the strategic efforts of its leadership team during the pandemic.

When COVID-19 hit and client businesses halted hiring, Bemana's executive team, including husbandwife duo Joseph and Linn Atiyeh, turned the pandemic's challenges into an opportunity to reflect and chart a new course for the next five-plus years.
