The Tell Me Bar is a world class natural wine bar located at 1235 Saint Thomas Street, in the thriving Garden District of New Orleans. It is a bustling, hip wine environment with varied music and djs, special events and tastings, offering cheese plates as well as rotating food trucks & pop ups which are specifically aimed at lifting up, highlighting, supporting, and collaborating with local food talents. The Tell Me Bar has a unique environment that mixes a romantic, classic New Orleans style against the backdrop of a post-industrial sweeping highway-scape.

Fidelity Bank financed the construction and equipment for this local bar using the SBA 504 program, and the bar has been opened since December of 2022. Their owners, Uznea Bauer, Cory Cartwright and Tyler Robinson each bring something different to the business. Uznea has developed into a wine enthusiast over many years in the hospitality industry.

She completed several winemaking internships in both France and Oregon. Cory Cartwright has been in natural wines for 14 years now, first as an employee at America’s first natural wine bar, Terroir in San Francisco and then as Co-Founder and National Sales Manager for Selection Massale, one of the first importers in America devoted solely to natural wine. He sold his shares in 2019 to move to New Orleans and live a more sedentary life after years of business travel.

Tyler is a wine and food lover has had 15+ years’ experience as a New Orleans real estate developer and entrepreneur. He has specific skills managing real estate and construction projects, contracts, and networking to help with the initial build out and ongoing needs of the business.
